Chocolate Pastora Sol is produced at the Pastora Sol Farm, where fine 100% organic cocoa is cultivated. The hummingbird, symbol of the brand, helps pollinate and enrich ecosystem.

The farm, located between Calceta and Tosagua, benefits from the water of the Carrizal River and long hours of sunlight. The entire  production process ensures the purity and unique flavour of the chocolate.
